tvteknik.dk1.0Starting April 15, 2006 and one year forth, Onboard Media goes to the Philippines with the intention of making a documentary about the Philippine coral reef.
The Philippine coral reefs in particular demands extra attention from the media these years due to its endangered situation. Both humans and animals in the area are extremely dependent of the reef but in spite of this the reef is vanishing. As a result of that we believe it is an absolute necessity to increase focus on the problems the area is facing. Problems that we believe concern all of us.
The film is not only meant as a traditional story about an endangered reef but very much also our personal dream about creating a sense experience out of the ordinary.
Our intention is to create a film that not only informs but also fascinates and query in an untraditional and aesthetic way. By using personally designed light constructions, steadycam and grib equipment we will be able to push the boundary of what has been standard for visual expression both below and over water.
